Who may order

The paid audit is offered for purchases made wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes. You must confirm that purpose and that you are authorised to submit the website for analysis. Contact us before paying if you are unsure whether the service is suitable.

What £99 buys

£99 is a one-off payment for one automated audit of one publicly accessible website and a private online report. The report samples public pages and covers SEO, a mobile performance lab run, automated accessibility and mobile signals, trust/contact routes and technical checks. It provides cited observations, practical recommendations and an action plan. Scope and unavailable evidence are explained in the report. This is an automated sample, not a manual audit, accessibility certification or guarantee of search rankings, enquiries or sales. Website changes, consulting and implementation are separate and optional.

Payment and delivery

Card payment takes place in Stripe Checkout. We begin processing only after Stripe payment has been verified. By ordering, you request that automated processing start promptly after verified payment. We aim to email your private report link within 24 hours. The link normally expires seven days after issue; reply to the report email for help while the report is retained. Keep the link private. If the email does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us with your order email address so we can investigate. GrowthCheck does not charge VAT.

Your responsibilities

Supply a correct public website URL and an email address you can access. Do not submit a private or restricted site, or a site you lack authority to have checked. Public websites and measurement providers can be unavailable; the report states the checks actually completed.

Cancellations and refunds

For a business purchase, there is no automatic change-of-mind cancellation after automated work starts. We will refund a confirmed duplicate charge. If our service or a provider failure prevents delivery, we will offer a free rerun; if we still cannot deliver the audit, we will refund the order. If you believe a delivered report is materially defective or differs from this description, email us and we will review it and offer an appropriate remedy. Refunds normally go to the original payment method. Nothing here reduces rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use and limits

You may use your report within your business and share it with your advisers or website team. Do not resell it or misuse the service. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to protect customers, the service or a submitted website. We do not accept liability for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide or decisions made without checking the report's stated evidence and limits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Scots law applies, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applies to you.
